If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.
We aim to delivery your order within 1-5 business days after your order has been successfully confirmed.

RETURNS POLICY
It is Swarovski's intention to satisfy its customers. We will gladly offer a refund for any unopened product bought on the website that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To exercise your right to return your order, you must inform us of your decision with the return period by contacting our customer service who will be glad to assist you.
We regret that we are unable accept any return of online orders by postal services or in any of L’Occitane stores.
Items must be in an unused saleable condition, in original packaging. We do not accept returns of used or unsealed products.
You can only return to us products which have been purchased directly through sa.Swarovski.com. If you purchased your products at L’Occitane stores, or other retail store, or from another website, the products must be returned to the original store/website.
The return must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice
At the time of delivery, you may refuse the entire order only and return it in its entirety.
All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive a product that is faulty please contact us immediately.
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a concealed manufacturing default appears within one (1) month of the date of purchase.
The products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance or other causes attributable to you are not considered to be faulty.
In respect of defective products, you will have the following options:
To replace the product, or
To receive a full refund in respect of the defective product.
REFUND POLICY
Once the product is returned to our warehouse in the required condition, we treat the refund directly through the payment method used for placing the order.
If you paid by credit card, the value of the products returned will be credited to your card.
If you paid by cash on delivery, the value of products returned will be transferred to you via bank transfer.
The refunds can take up to one month to be completed depending on the working process and rules of the courier company and logistics. We thank you for your understanding.
We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our return policy
In case you used a promotion code on your order, please note that the value of the promotion code is divided up proportionally among the total number of items on the receipt. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied.
